He started his career as an AIX/Unix Administrator, where he discovered his passion for Unix/Linux and specialized in that field. Onur has always been fascinated with the power of IT automation. Over the years, he has held various roles in some of the world's largest companies, from System Engineer to Platform Owner and now, Engineering Manager at a leading global company.

He is a technology enthusiast who is always eager to discover new technologies and explore them in his lab environment before implementing them in a production environment. Onur shares his technical knowledge with others through writing technical articles and books. He has initiated a technical book series titled "Busy Techies Guide to" and is dedicated to providing readers with easy-to-understand technical content.

When he's not busy with work or experimenting with new technologies, Onur enjoys immersing himself in the world of J.R.R. Tolkien and his legendary tales. He's also a huge fan of horror movies and loves nothing more than settling down with a good scare.
